We are seeking a Senior Director of Cash Planning to lead our cash management strategies at our Westborough, MA location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting cash flow, developing strategies to optimize cash reserves, and ensuring liquidity for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cash management policies
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve cash flow performance in these industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and manage cash reserves efficiently in the specified sectors.
• Monitor and manage banking relationships to maximize cash management services and minimize costs in the designated industries.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, providing recommendations to enhance returns on surplus cash.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership on cash flow performance, risks, and opportunities within these industries.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in cash management to drive continuous improvement initiatives specifically for the preferred industries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as the primary person on cash planning in the specified industries.
• Proven experience in cash management, treasury operations, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and cash flow optimization strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role overseeing cash planning or treasury functions in Construction, Manufacturing, Specialty Chem, Battery materials, or Engineered materials.

Candidate must be located or willing to relocate to the Westborough, MA area.
