We are looking for a Senior Cash Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our organization maintains a strong cash position and makes informed financial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cash planning activities, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash positions, and analyzing cash flow reports.
• Conduct variance analysis on cash accounts and ensure reconciliation for accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cash management strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cash management to make strategic recommendations.
• Assist in the optimization of cash operations through the implementation of new processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as an analyst person on cash planning.
• Prior experience in industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Specialty Chemicals, Battery Materials, or Engineered Materials is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certification such as Certified Cash Manager is a plus.
